Our Story
The business started in 2004 as a dream of Josie, who always had a passion for clothing and dreamt of owning her own retail clothing store. With Rob's background in business banking and finance, they created "Horizon Surf" in Apia, starting small using her passion and his business skills. Today they are not only providing quality brands to Samoa but also destination-branded products to the oversea markets.
